Hi! I’m Greg.
I’m an Assistant Professor of Animal Behaviour, based in the Zoology Department at Trinity College Dublin. I also co-founded and work as an Investigator in the Verena Institute, and I have an affiliate position at Georgetown University.
I have a really wide range of interests in ecology, most of which centre around individual-level variation in immunity, infection, behaviour, and life history. This includes:
Immune and parasite variation across space, time, and social networks
Untangling spatial and social behaviour and their role in wildlife disease
Exposure and susceptibility processes at multiple scales
Implications for cross-species transmission and zoonotic disease emergence
Global change and its consequences for wildlife and human health
Any combination of the above
